In this mindful eating workshop, we’ll bring our full attention to the moment of the meal, one bite at a time.
By turning a daily, familiar act eating into a mindfulness practice, meditation becomes more approachable, more natural.
It’s a gentle, gradual process to reconnect with flavors, tune in to the body, and soften our relationship with food… and with ourselves.
We’ll slow down and explore every moment that makes up the act of nourishing ourselves—from the way we visually take in the food, to the lasting impression it leaves after tasting it.

Our mindful tasting workshops whether centered around a conscious meal or a wine tasting—can take place in a variety of settings, always chosen for their atmosphere of presence and calm.
These experiences unfold in restaurants, in the comfort of your home with a small group of friends, within your company during team lunches or corporate events, or as part of our wellness retreats in the Landes or the Basque Country.
Each location becomes a space to slow down, awaken the senses, and rediscover the meaning in the simple act of tasting.
